I have been using this practice for over 10 years and have been very happy with the quality of medical care, that is once you can actually schedule a visit and see a doctor.
The telephone system is absolutely disfunctioanal I am routinely lost on hold for 10 minutes at a time only to have to call back and go through the system again. Each time I have complained about it I was told the system should not be doing that, but no one has ever fixed it! We also routinely wait up to 1 hour from check in time to actually seeing the doctor. They do not value parents' time.
Sadly, I think I will have to look for a new doctor due to poor customer service.

My son is a patient here and we just love the staff! It's easy to get an appointment and we never wait long! He mainly sees Dr. Glick, but the other doctor are great too!

Part of a larger network of pediatric offices (Children's Community Pediatrics), I was originally referred by my OB/GYN. Our doctor, Dr. Indorato, is absolutely wonderful and I have already referred him to two other moms-to-be. When we first met him, he asked us to be 5 or 10 min early for all of our appts because he is always on time, and he IS! The office is super-accessible with daily call-in hours for questions in which you speak with either a doctor or a nurse. I am so happy to have my daughter in their care.
