Pre Natal Psychology had a great yoga class, attended for my 2nd and 3rd trimester. Partner, bab’ and I went to his weekend yoga post delivery. Dr. Dave, Very cool and helpful bonding for all 3 of us.

Took a childbirth education class from Judy Chapman - she's very knowledgeable and presents all of the options out there, although she does lean toward natural childbirth.

She was an excellent source of information when I was expecting my first baby and needed to know so much. She provided good refferals and good advice.
