This practice has the most rude receptionists I have ever encountered. They are very short with you on the phone, have no patience, and sound as if they are being tortured in their jobs. The offer little help and yet you have to get through them to get the service or help you are calling for. It is a very unpleasant task to have to get through this process on the phone.

Dr. Crampton (and all the doctors there) are wonderful. They are kind and caring to the babies and the parents. The office staff is wonderful as well. But, you do wait every time you are there.
