I like the doctors at the office, it's the staff that is horrible. Whoever is the operator has no good customer service skills. My kids were recently diagnosed with swine flu. Their office did not diagnose it because it was so hard to make an appointment through this office staff. I think if they trained their office staff to be kind and receptive to the patients then their office would get a 10 from me. At this moment because of the front office I give them a 5.

Been going there for 10+ years. Sr. Docs are great, but you have to be really insistant to get an apt with them. High turnover of Jr doctors .. but that's starting to slow down. Had bad experience in past with on-call docs not returning calls ... but that's getting better. Problems with staff not recording notes in files (called to report bad reaction to vaccines, etc.). If you stick to one or two main doctors, and keep a copy of your own medical notes ... it's a great practice. But due to their high amount of clients ... sometimes they need to be reminded that your child needs to be seen as an individual case and not just another one of the 100+ they've seen that day.

We have been with this office for 3 years now & are quite happy. They have a low wait time for most appointments & have always been able to get my kids in that day for sick visits. I have found the on-call after hours drs to be very helpful.
There are a few drs in this practice & I try to make sure we stick with just one for continuity. If you bounce back & forth you don't develop the kind of personal relationship that I prefer with my drs. All are competant, I just happen to have a favorite in the practice.

Honestly, I love my primary pediatrician there. I have had appts. with all of them and only one other is tolerable to me. The others made me feel like they didn't care about my child and they were just doing a job. Especially if I have to call after hours, without exception, I get attitude on the phone. I'm a new mom, give me a break! But my preferred doctor there is absolutely great, so I stick with her.

I love this practice! We have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in the waiting room or in the exam room. All of the doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is also very friendly. I have never had a problem getting a call back after hours and have always been able to get my children in the same day if they are sick.
