BUT-I think this is the worst one in Houston. If you are looking for great deals and a large selection try the Pearland or Baybrook locations.

I love Carter's especially the one in Cypress, Texas outlet mall. Their prices are resonable and they have wonderful discounts.

I think the name "Carter's" says it all....Great quality, cute clothes. I love their p.j.'s - so cute and cozy
