This was the absolute worst shopping experience ever! The man at the counter who I found out was the owner was the rudest person, definitely doesn't like kids and was very offensive. Their clothes may be nice, but prices are high and the "breathing down your neck" service makes people very uncomfortable.

I'm laughing at some of the reviews--I see the point of wanting to be left alone but in some ways you have to HUNT for help in other stores-big chain stores. You are hard pressed to find a pulse. At least here they know their produts and no it's not cheap but the quality is fab. It's really great during a sale--esp in the Fall.

I go there when I'm desperate, because I HATE dealing with the vulture-like employees. The owner is a complete (fill in swear word) and the employees just won't take polite hints that you'd like to be left alone.

Shopping here was like going to the principal's office all over again (or at least what my friends told me it was like!) I was on a mission to obtain a sweater for my daughter's communion, very simple. I know the store, so I went right to the sweaters and KABOOM - there she was! All of you that have been there know who I mean. If I didn't really need the item, I would have split like a banana. Is she ever going to retire?

I had heard raves about CarolAnn's from my mother and her friends, but I was pretty underwhelmed by the selection and prices when I went to exchange an item. There were lots of beautiful items, but most things were hugely overpriced, in my opinion. I ended up getting a robe for my daughter; the seam in the hood split within a month and had to be resewn. And the staff really needs to back off and lighten up; I was followed around by a cranky old lady who kept suggesting items and ignoring my "No, I'm fine, I'll tell you if I need help," statements.
