I was given these in the hospital due to some initial feeding pain. Although they did help keep my clothing from chafing my sore nipples, I also leaked so much that they were basically useless. They might work well for another, mama, though. But for those with milk to spare, it's probably better to just go topless for a few days.

I used these with my first child because I had a lot of problems with cracking and tenderness. They really helped! They allow air to get in and dry things out naturally and that along with the Lanolin and breastmilk applied. It made a big difference.
