We got this kit free from the hospital. It helped to get my milk going. Once we got home we switched to a hand pumped kit. They are great to have. Definitly need one if you are planning to breastfeed.

We got these free from the hospital and they have been great. We are renting a Lactina, and love it!! Perfect for exclusively pumping Moms!

Medela breastfeeding products are great. This kit was very comfortable, fairly quick, and it definitely helped me keep my supply up.

I got a kit similar to this. I've heard great things about Medela and am thinking about buying their Pump in Style.

If I worked, it might not be enough. But since I only pump once in a while, it is perfect. I do have to make sure it is still pumping something out but I think thats a problem with any pump.
