We also took Bradley Method classes from Kara Cirioli in West Linn. We really learned a lot from the classes and are looking forward to the birth!

We took our class from Kara Cirioli - four other couples, offered in her cozy living room. We felt very well educated and prepared about what to expect, even when things didn't go according to plan. The nutrition guidelines were especially helpful along the way.
