My husband and I are taking classes from Mary-Esther in the Bradley method of natural childbirth and could not be more pleased with our classes. At 2 1/2 hours long, for 8 weeks, it is a real time investment, but more than worth it for the results. Check out her website at www.mindfulbirthny.com
