My husband and I are actually taking this class now and love it. It is a more intimate, comfortable atmosphere because it is in someone's home. There is a video for each session, which shows some type of birthing method. It can get a bit overwhelming because of all the births and information you receive. They are really good at answering all our questions. My husband enjoys being a part of the planning and birth. We both agree it's a great class for dads who want to be hands on in the process. They shift you towards a natural birth, but don't frown too much upon those who choose medication.

If you are thinking about a natural childbirth without medication, you should consider taking a Bradley class. This class is very comprehensive. You learn about what to expect during a natural labor and techniques to cope with the pain. They also go through c-sections and all of the pain medication options.
