QuoteBradley method is a great way to go if you are interested in having a natural childbirth. It is a husband coached childbirth method. My husband and I learned so much about the whole pregnancy, labor, delivery and even some post-pardom. You really get to understand what HER body is doing and why. I highly recommend finding an instructor in your area.
