They teach you over 10 different relaxation techniques during the classes. It's a very thorough method and I learned a lot!

Good method, but kinda expensive... should give more options though!

Expensive and time consuming overall, but it works for many people. I found the information to be fairly narrow and prefer to be given more options rather than only one method.
