Bradley classes are a good choice for couples who want to be educated on all their options. If you want a drug-free birth, Bradley is an option - though ultimately, it all comes down to you!

Bradley is intense and it is a real time committment. But we learned a lot and there were no surprises when the moment came. I would say we felt better prepared for birth than most of our friends who had not taken a Bradley course.

There are a handful of certified Bradley instructors in the DC area and they only offer classes on an occasional basis. To get connected with an instructor, you must contact the national network of Bradley instructors and ask for their local contact people. Our class was an incredible experience- we loved both the instructor and the other people we met in the class.

Well its great and works if you have an easy and short labor but if you have a prolonged labor and fail to progress you may feel disappointed with yourself. A bit outdated on research about the epidural also.

Local classes can be found through website. The best for preparation for natural childbirth. So much more informative than other classes.
