We had our daughter's 4th birthday party there. The staff we met with who helped to arrange the party was professional and warm. The people at the actual event were rude, sullen and the person who was our helper was well meaning but really had very little experience. We paid $75 for 30 mins of for someone to do so airbrush tatoos, turns out the owners themselves do this. They arrive 30 mins late, were unfriendly to our guests, my daughter the birthday girl could not get the tatoo she wanted because they "couldn't find it". They wouldn't allow the kids to have more than one tatoo (this had not been specified in any of the paper work). The party then degenerated into chaos- hungry kids (since lunch was 30 mins late), staff unsure how to handle things and owners who looked dishevelled (post a night of partying???),were unhelpful and beligerent....what a mess. Try one of the other inflatable places before this one.....don't recommend it at all.

I do think the parties run well. But the owners treat their staff like garbage. They get rid of the best employees and keep trash. The ones who bust our butts never get raises and the others are making the most. We are smiling in your parties but if you saw the behind the scenes you'd be disgusted. Try out Bounce House.

This is a very fun place for kids to play, especially when the weather isn't nice. It does get hot in there! The birthday parties are ran extremely well & the kids always have a lot of fun. It has always been clean whenever we have went. The bathrooms are also very nice.

This is a great place to get the wiggles out during yucky weather and parents can play too

Great place to go blow off some steam when the weather is bad, great work out!
