We went to a birthday party here and the my kids had a great time! The staff was friendly and the facility was clean.

My 4 year-old nephew just had his birthday party there and I was really impressed. His party had the jump room all to themselves so it wasn't too crowded and you weren't worried about some stranger trying to kidnap your kid. A BounceU employee wrote down all the gifts and who gave it to him and gave it to my sister-in-law. And the BounceU employees took all his gifts out to their car. Great service and the kids had a great time!
