I like using cloth diapers. I like using a diaper service. The prices are very reasonable. I think the middle-of-the night delivery is actually quite convenient. HOWEVER- multiple times, they have delivered far too few diapers, and whenever I call, they blame me and say I did not return enough, and must have diapers hiding somewhere. This is simply untrue, and this problem has made this diaper service basically useless (I get only half the number of diapers I'm supposed to get). Unfortunately I think I am going to cancel this service, which makes me sad, as I really want to continue using cloth and don't have time to wash my own. Also- do not buy their diaper covers, they leak- Bumkins are much higher quality (more expensive too, but worth it).

Bottoms Up does a great service for the Chicago area. Comments to earlier posts: The do indeed have different sizes - small and large. You can find clothes to accommodate the cloth diaper, you just have to understand the concept. I have not had a problem. Delivery in the middle of the night is a win-win for all! They do not have to deal with traffic as they have far to go and I have clean diapers first thing in the morning! I never have to see them. (Sorry if you can not figure out how to make it work for your living situation, but that is not the service's fault) Come on, worried about bugs! Buy a plastic container to put them in outside. If those bags did not have holes the inside of that bag would be more repulsive than it already is - and it may "pop". Been using for two years.

Well there are no other options in Chicagoland. Diapers come in the middle of the night and there are breathing holes in the bags so on a rainy night you just wonder what might have crawled into the bag. Bagging the diapers was awkward and heavy. They don't have different sizes so on a newborn you can't fit there clothes over the diapers. I could go on and on...in the end we were so unhappy we discontinued and of course lost our nonrefundable monthly payment
