We have been using this group for our kids since my oldest was born. The wait can be excessive at times, and I do feel rushed at times.
On the other hand, I feel like they are 100% competent, and the doctors are all terrific with my children! I have never had a billing problem in over 7 years, which is a rarity these days.

i agree that the staff in the med center location are rude & lazy. i had a billing issue that could have been easily resolved by the accounting lady but it took going to the office manager to get it resolved because she was too lazy to do her job. the desk people are court & never acknowledge when you're standing in front of them. however, the staff at the pearland location are great! they are super friendly, acknowledge you, & aren't lazy. the doctors iv'e dealt with are good - isenhower is really good and collard was good when isenhower was unavailable. the waiting time can be an issue at the med center location because they're really busy & always running behind by noon. so make an appt for 9am or you'll have to wait a couple of hours or more.

My children have been patients of Dr. Debbie Booting for about 13.5 years. I have four children starting from 13yrs to 11 months. And she has always been kind, courtesy and professional.

I like that there are 2 separate rooms for well and sick children. Staff has been nice and friendly everytime i've taken my 11 month old. Every time i call the nurse and leave a message, she returns my phone call within 3 hours the most. Dr. Isenhower is so freindly and knowledgeable and answers all my questions.

I just wanted to respond to the other review on file. My children have been patients of Dr. Bootin and Dr. Savrick since they were born. Both were premature. If it had not been for the care and competency of the doctors my daughter and son would have had severe problems in their early years. We have been stricken with RSV, inner ear infections, asthma, and problems associated with prematurity. Dr. Bootin knows when to refer, when something is treatable and when it is time to take necessary but difficult steps to solve a problem. While my daughter was in neo natal intensive care she was on call 24 hours whenever I needed her or just had a concern. By the morning any issue was solved. I cant express how I feel about my pediatrician. The care received far outweighs a grumpy receptionist. My children are now 9 and 8, but I can still call a nurse 24 hours a day just to call in a prescription for a cough.
