I am so glad to have found Whitney! I cannot thank her enough for all the help she gave me during my pregnancy and labor. She was an amazing support educationally and emotionally. Before I went into labor, I wrote down a list of everything I wanted…I let myself dream up everything I ever desired in a birthing experience. Whitney helped give me that and even more. She listened to what I wanted and even gave me ideas of things I might have wanted to have. I had the perfect birth! I am close to tears just thinking about it. I pray that every woman is given this opportunity. I would highly recommend her.

I don't know what I would have done without Whitney when my son was born. I was in labor for just a little over two days and Whitney hardly left my side. She was there to encourage me and to comfort me through the worst of it. She listened while I alternatively cried and probably swore like a sailor. As a single mom, having a doula on my labor day was indispensable. She massaged my back, bought me popsicles and just chatted with me. Whitney made sure that for that time I felt like I was the only one in the world who mattered.

Ive always wanted a doula but never got one, I guess I never looked into it that much. What dose a doula actually help with? The whole labor process, what about during pregnancy?

Whitney is an awesome doula. She will support you in your decisions and make sure you have all the information before you make a decision. Thanks to her, I am one of few women who, on pitocin, used no pain meds.
