Dr. Sears is a name to be trusted when it comes to pregnancy and babies. This is a great gift for first time moms and a good book to pull out as a refresher for experienced moms.

When I was Preggie with my first child I honestly had no clue what to expect. I was scared to death. Then at my baby shower someone gave me The Birth Book. It told me what to expect and helped me put my mind at ease

This book gave me a clear and thorough understanding of the birthing process and exactly what to expect. If you're looking for a book to learn about labor and the birthing process...this is definitely your book! I think it's an absolute essential for a first time mom!
