QuoteI've had dinner at this location once and lunch twice at this location. All three experiences were fine, but not as enjoyable as my visits to the Coral Gables location. The food was great and the service was okay, but just okay, nothing spectacular. I've noticed that every time I visit this location there are less "tricks" performed by the chef, which is kind of a letdown because it's what you expect with you go to Benihana. Otherwise, it's just like watching someone cook your food in front of you, no theatrics, just cooking.

QuoteThis restaurant is part of a chain which has a good reputation.. HOWEVER, this specific location is a let down. Expensive for the poor quality of service, cleanliness was missing in the table area and restrooms, service is awful. Smelled like pinesol and baby powder. I love any kind of Japanese food or sushi, but I seriously regret not just getting Sushi from Publix instead- it was THAT bad.
