I first started coming to Belly Bliss when my yoga instructor at Urban Flow said she did a yoga class here once a week. When I got there I realized they had quite a bit to offer in regard to class choices and they are all specific to pregnant and new moms. I started taking more classes here and just LOVE it! The instructors are wonderful and the classes actually make me feel like I am working out--fit yoga makes me break a sweat!

Belly Bliss is outstanding at all levels. The owners are knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive. The prenatal yoga classes, in particular Deb's belly yoga, are excellent. They instruct you on the proper modifications while still providing a great work out. They are developing a great reputation in the community. They carry amazing products for mom and baby, including very cute baby clothes! I highly recommend that all moms check out Belly Bliss.
