QuoteI expected more of a selection of cribs and furniture. At first I was turned off because I had been in the store for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that my husband and I were there. I was 7 months pregnant. I was irritated and told my husband to forget it because the slow start was a bad sign. But the sales girl ended up being helpful and sweet. They have beautiful bedding for cribs. I bought a beautiful diaper bag that was on sale for 50% off. I guess I just got lucky. I ended up getting Bellini furniture from another location because I didn't live in CA at the time. That ended with a refusal of merchandise and a dispute on my AMEX. The customer service at the store I purchased from was terrible. I can't comment on the Beverly Hills store follow through though. May sound strange but at every location I've been to I get the impression that Bellini clients just love being told what to do. They don't seem to ask a lot of questions.

QuoteWhere do i start? The sales experience from selection, purchase & giving them my money was exceptional for my custom bedding order. However, once my product was determined to be 3 weeks past delivery, material on back order, then out of stock, ups lost my package, etc...The store manager (Kim)refused to take ownership w/ any part of the process. Even went so far as to say she never spoke w/ us even though we have documented time an conversations. When asked for the owners name, she refused to give and left no-where else to turn. Bellini is a nice store, but i would highly recommend other locations.
