QuoteWe had a great experience at the Birthing From Within class. I had read extensively and thought the experience would be most valuable for my husband, but it was so fabulous for both of us. The instructor (Dee) was a former nurse and was currently working at a doula. Her insight and tips about how to navigate the hospital (including procedures and staff) was invaluable. One of the tricks she taught us got my husband and I through my entire labor. Our class was attended by 5 couples and we got together a couple of times after our babies were born to meet all the babies. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that they had no chairs or pillows and sitting on the floor when you're 91/2 months pregnant is SO uncomfortable. We ended up bringing our own chairs and pillows finally.
