The shop has a ton of movies the kids can choose from, which keeps their mind off the fact that they're getting a haircut.

We love getting our hair cut! Usually you have to leave a message and have them call you back to get an appointment, but it's a nice, calm atmosphere with a large playroom and large movie selection.

The haircuts are fine, but sometimes the staff seem gruff and not necessarily kid friendly. Cute playroom in back while you are waiting. Parking can be challenging. They have movies the kids can pick and this helps with nervous kids.

A bit spendy for a kids' cut, but a fun environment and overall experience. Great chair and videos during the cut. Nice first-cut certificate and hair locket.

I took my daughter for her first haircut. Good thing Elmo was there - the only positive thing out of the experience. THe woman did not address my daughter directly, was distant and not engaging at all.
