The staff was rude, hard to work with, unresponsive, yet very expensive. They also treat their nannys terribly. A huge disappointment, I would never use them again.

I was a prospective Nanny and tried to use Bay Area Second Mom. I really didn't like them. They did not return my phone calls promptly and the person I was working with had a hard time speaking English

I found everyone I talked to there was extremely rude and only wanted my money not to really help me.

we used them once when i was sick, they sent a wonderful person and teh service was fast and with quality 10
