We have gone to Bates Nut Farm two years now and my son loves it. It's a great tradition for our new family and there are lots of fun things to go besides just get a pumpkin. On weekend they have a deal for $8.50 which includes a good sized pumpkin, tractor ride and hay maze.

This is the first time we have been and it was great! The perfect place to start off the fall festivities! Kaylie loved loved loved it.:) Super great place for families, nice picnic area and a great mix of activities to keep the little ones busy. I think this is a start to a fabulous new tradition!

We have done this for the past two years at Halloween, my girls love it! The kids can pick out their own pumpkin from the pumpin patch. The pony rides were also a huge hit last year.

Great for kids! It's FREE A lot of room to roam. Petting Farm: sheep, goats, ducks, geese, etc. Store for nuts and goodies and antique stores. Great picnic outing
