I love this cream for many reasons. The most important reason that I buy this cream is that it is the only one that does not make your baby smell like a medicine cabinet. When you use other products you can actually smell the zinc odor through the diaper and it drove me crazy. I enjoy the baby fresh smell of a baby and not the smell of medicine. This product works as well if not better than desitin or balmex, and while it does cost more, the thickness of the cream allows you to use less, possibly ending up costing you the same as a drugstore brand, but with out the harsh chemicals and smell that go with the other brands.

non greasy or sticky...this cream is really creamy and spreads very easily $10 I use this on my son each night after his bath - he has never had a diaper rash and is now a year old....expensive
