QuoteThis store has alot of selection and good prices, i went in with my son looking for twin beds and i found a variety of beds i could choose from the sales people are nice and helpful. my son has recieved his furniture already and it is grogeous! its all hardwood and i know its gonna last him a very long time, i do recommend this store,the show rooms really help you decorate your own room for your kids.

QuoteThe store is great, although the carpets on the inside need cleaning.I went on a saturday,with my kids and the lady in the front (nancy) was rude. i asked a sales person who that was and they let me know that was the STORE MANAGER! OMG! i was shocked at how poor her customer service was.Even the people that were being helped by her were treated poorly. I really dont understand how a person that rude can work at a baby store. as far as the furniture goes, it took to long to get.There was a person that was very knowledgeable (sandy) i do recommend going in and asking for sandy. shes great and has very good experience with baby furniture.overall good quality furniture, bad manager service.

Time frames are convenient, pricing is very acceptable for the wonderful quality that this store offers. Very friendly sales staff, seems like everyone wants to help. Also, great recommendations, every planned purchase that I made at this store was very well thought out from the help of my very knowledgable sales person.A++++++++++++ The Best of The Best.

QuoteBaby Town could not care less about their customers. After falsely representing that our very EXPENSIVE glider would come in 10 weeks, it didn't come for 4 MONTHS! And we had to call them to find out it had come in. We only went because we had a coupon, but it is NOT worth it. Go someplace else if you can
