QuoteHorrible return policy - store credit only with receipt. It doesn't matter what the reason - defective product, whatever. I bought a crib, dresser etc from them. The dresser was broken - every single one they tried to get me was broken - and the item was discontinued. They refused to return it. The manager was eventually accomodating but it took a lot of complaining on my part. I would avoid for big ticket items
