Really loved the Baby Bjorn. I recommend it to every new mom. It was amazing! I could throw it in the washer and it was easy to take from place to place. The only issues I had with it is that my little one grew out of it quickly (5 months or so) and all of the snaps! A little tricky for person to put baby in.

both my husband and I liked our carrier. The only problem that we had with it was as our son got older/bigger it started to hurt our shoulders. When my son was only 15lbs, it was hard to keep him in it for longer than about 20 minutes

I would describe this carrier as functional. My son likes to be in it to look around. Unfortunately, it hurts my back after wearing it for extended periods of time. My family and I do a lot of walking and my husband and I end up sharing the baby wearing.

Having heard so many good things about the Baby Bjorn carrier, we were excited to try it out. When my daughter was a newborn (under 10 lbs.), it seemed to work out okay, though it was difficult to put on and adjust even with help, impossible to do alone. Later when my daughter was about 13 lbs. it hurt my back too much to use it -- and I'm a fairly active person with no history of back problems. In retrospect, I wish I'd bought a less expensive brand in a different, more ergonomic and less painful to use style.

I do not like this carrier at all, yes it is stylish and cute. But it hurts to carry around a baby over 15 pounds. If you want a Bjorn Carrier spend the extra money for the Active. Yes it is very secure and you feel real safe with a newborn, but after you will be in Pain.
