Baby Boot Camp is not only a fantastic workout complete with an amazing instructor, it is also a wonderful support group for moms to share stories, ask for advice, and develop great friendships! Our instructor Dana, provides an incredible workout while motivating and encouraging us to do our best. Baby Boot Camp helps get you in shape both physically and mentally, in the company of great women while our kids play together. You couldn't ask for more than that!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Baby Boot Camp. I started going when my daughter was 6 weeks old and I am addicted to it. Dana, the teacher, is creative in her work-outs so they are always varied and changing while keeping different muscle groups in mind and really challenging the group.
