My local baby bootcamp is at Lake Elizabeth and they give a free trial class (like all baby bootcamp classes). It was great. Very fun, energetic class, awesome instructors (& super fit too). I love working out w/ my son in tow, because I feel like he's getting out and enjoying the scenery and I'm doing something good for my health. LOVED IT!!!
