Baby Boot Camp is a serious workout - not just a simple stroll with the stroller. It's totaly toned up my arms and booty. Plus, I've made some really cool new friends that I wouldn't have known otherwise. It's the perfect way to get moms everything they need. The schedule is awesome - tons of classes - and the instructors are educated, professional, and friendly moms like me.
