QuoteBaby Boot Camp has been great for me! I had a c-section and was feeling very antsy after 6 weeks of forced inactivity. After my first class, I felt refreshed both physically and emotionally. It is great to work out with other moms and be able to do things to your own ability and level of fitness. I've now been going for 7 weeks and my muscle tone is back and I feel good. I'll be going for quite a while. :)

QuoteI love Baby Bootcamp!! It is a great way to get back in shape. The best part is you get to bring your baby and meet other moms too while exercising!!

QuoteThese classes make it a breeze to get back into shape without the hassle of having to find a babysitter. I bring along my 2 yr old and 6 month old for every class. My 2 yr old is always attempting the exercises, and I know that I am beginning great health habits for my children in the future.

QuoteThis is a great way to get your workout in as well as meet other moms to discuss whatever is on your mind. This class really got me back into the exercise mood and I'm now 2 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight and I can see my arm muscles again - Thanks Bo!

QuoteBo's attitude (no pressure, go at your own pace) has been great for me. Not only does it give me the freedom to do as much as I can, but it also lets me do the most that I can. If there's something that I can't do well, I'm more forgiving of myself and more willing to try it. If there's something that I like to do/want to do more, I feel comfortable tuning out of the conversation and just focusing on that exercise. When I was still pregnant with my son, I set myself a goal of losing 18 pounds within a year and a half of giving birth. I figured that one pound a month was a conservative, non-threatening way of getting myself back in shape. Well, I'm happy to report that I've already dropped 10 pounds since I gave birth, can fit into a size 6 pants (yippee!), and I have waaaay more energy than before. ...And, it's only 7 months since Sam was born! I'm having a great time at Boot Camp. Not only is this good for me physically, but it's also been great for me mentally.
