I keep this on our coffee table. I like that Dr. and RN Sears don't try to hit you over the head with parenting, as if there is only one way to do it. I enjoyed having information on milestones and the way they provided fun games to do with your child when talking about their emerging abilities and interests. Mine is a bit out of date but I still use it all the time.

I refer to this book for everything. I especially love the sections that detail the milestones and development of baby. It is fun to read ahead and know what to look for. Dr. Sears offers lots of good and practical knowledge. In my opinion this is one of the best baby books out there to have in your book collection.

tells you EVERYTHING you ever thought you needed to know about being a mom and then a ton of things you never thought were possible! amazing source of knowledge crammed into a book. definate need for moms.

This book deserves ten stars not five, 20 maybe even! It covers everything you could ever imagine! From what baby should look like when first born, to nursing, to bottle feeding with love, to baby wearing, to developmental milestones, to immunizations , to first aid, to dad bonding tips, to postpartum AND MORE!!! This is the baby bible!!!!
