QuoteThis store is well organized and very clean. The items are easy to find. They have a good selection, and buying items on clearance is a great way to go! The miniwear baby things are the best. Registry is easy to use, plus you get a 10% off registry completion coupon after baby's due date.

And at times there are great Carter's brand sales. This is a dangerous store since everything is available that you never knew you needed, but couldn't leave without. They are starting to roll out some organic brands, but I'd like to see more organic clothes, bedding, etc. available, and less plastic things. Just a minor observation and opinion. So many primary-colored rattles and toys confuses my brain...so what does it do to a baby's? The customer service is average to good...when you can find someone to help. Staff is spotty with knowledge about gear, so do your homework before going to the store and asking blindly about major purchases. The biggest thing: I visited last week and was told of their updated return policy. It seems nothing will be able to be returned from here on out unless it's accompanied by the original (or gift) receipt. This will negatively influence my decision to return here to purchase gifts for others or for my own children.

QuoteWe've been able to find just about anything we need here at decent prices since our little one was a newborn. It's sometimes difficult to find a salesperson to help with questions, so it pays to go there having done your own research on car seats, cribs, etc.
