QuoteI prefer to shop local (smaller stores) as much as I can, but Babies R Us does seem like the classic place to register, so I end up here getting baby shower gifts all the time. They do tend to send out coupons which is nice, and they have been making an attempt to increase their organic/natural selections, including diapers and food, as well as cotton products. I always find parking right out front, and they tend to be clean and fairly well stocked.

QuoteI don't often go to Babies R Us, mostly due to the fact that I'm a bargain shopper & they are not a bargain store in general. However, I found it a very helpful store when I was about to have my first baby & wanted to see what is available in baby care. And every now and then I need to go to get specific items that other stores don't carry--this store probably will because it's HUGE.

QuoteThey have strollers out on display, but easy to access so you can test push them. Works great. Also, you can take car seats out to your car to see if they fit before buying. Way too many gadgety things though.

QuoteI like BRU, they have all the baby gear, bedding and clothes you could ever want. I think the prices are much too high for the same item elsewhere. I only purchase things there if I have a coupon. I do like thier return policy. I got two bed sets at my baby shower and had to take one back. No hassle at all.

QuoteEverytime we go into that store, the customer service has been outstanding and they have always went above and beyond even during this economy. Recently they took all our used baby bottles and let us exchange it for BPA free bottles with no problems.
