 I really like how it was well kept and organized. You can just walk all around the store to each section and clearly see what is in stock.

When i went there to register there wasnt any one at the registry table there were some girls that worked there standing around talking to each other and we waited about 5 minutes before someone finally came and helped us out and when they finally did she wasnt that very nice either like i interuped her conversation

I am a huge fan of Babies R Us, but I had a bad experience when I went in to get a toddler carseat, after previously picking it out online and calling to make sure they had it in stock. The man working in the carseat area was very rude. I told him the name of the model I wanted, and he got an attitude like I didn't know what I was talking about..(but believe me I had done my research and did). I insisted he was showing me the wrong carseat and he informed me he had worked there for 8 years (which I doubt) and he knew what he was talking about. I went to a different Babies R Us, asked for the same thing, and got the carseat I picked out.

Staff not very knowledgeble. Most are very nice but don't seem to have worked there very long, nor do they seem to have gotten any training in baby products.
