QuoteI received an email from Babies R Us with a link to a coupon. I brought this coupon to this store and the cashier and the manager refused to take the coupon. The manager was very rude. This store does not deserve my business.

QuoteI had a horrible experience at this particular BRU location. I went on a weekday afternoon to add some items to my registry. It took them 15 minutes just to get me the scanning gun at the registry desk. When I was finished, I waited at the desk for another 10 minutes. Sales associates walked past me, made eye contact with me, and ignored me. They didn't bother to ask me if I had been helped, or if everything was OK.
