I have also had numerous experiences where I have been asked numerous times by employees throughout the store if I need assistance (which I appreciate) only to find that there are only two lines open (one of which is customer service)and lines 12 deep. That being said, they are a good go-to for harder to find baby items or if you want to see a wide variety of brands and models, but their prices are usually not the best. I recently visited the mother's room in the late afternoon there with my 9 month old and found it was stocked only with newborn diapers, had an overflowing diaper pail and a horrendous odor. I found that disappointing as I usually find the store to be clean and well-organized.

QuoteI hate this location. Every time I go they never have what I need. They are always out of stock and there is never an employee in sight to help you. I'd rather travel to the store near Oxford Valley Mall (which by the way is farther from my house) and get better service and actually buy what I need.

QuoteThis store is great. They have everything you could possibly need for your baby and a wide selection of items in every department. The staff is very helpful. A big plus is their return policy... they will take almost anything back and they will send you an email if something from your registry is recalled. The only section of the store that I don't like is the clothing, but who cares? You can find clothes at other big stores and at the mall.
