QuoteWith 2 children under 3, I feel like I am here ALL the time. The employees are great and I have always been able to find what I need. My only complaint is that I wish they had carts for 2. If grocery stores can have them, you would think a baby store would as well.

QuoteBRU is one of the few places you can go for ALL baby stuff in one. Unfortunately if you don't have a reciept you are out of luck. They no longer accept returns without a receipt not even exchanges or store credits. If you buy something from them online you cannot return in store even if you DO have the receipt... not good.
