QuoteWhen you're shopping for baby stuff sometimes you need to go to a store specializing in baby stuff. For example, when we purchased our convertible car seat we headed to BRU, what a terrible experience that was. I have had such poor luck with this particular store. They have hassled me when I have tried to use coupons, the staff has been downright rude and unhelpful, and to be honest I have not been back since and have no plans on returning. If I need a particular item I'll head someplace else.

QuoteI really like shopping at this Babies R Us. 99% of the time they have the item you are looking for in stock plus a lot of neat things for your baby you never knew about! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because their staff are not the friendliest. They all seem in a rush to get through with you. Otherwise it's a wonderful store, especially if you are registering for a baby shower.
