QuoteEarlier in the year we stocked up on almost everything that we would need. They had everything that we wanted and if they didn't have it at that store we found it at another store and they held on to it for us so that we were able to pick it up there. I would definately shop there again and again and would totally recommend it to anyone else.

QuoteThis is the baby superstore! You can go here and pick up almost anything your baby needs. The service isn't always great and the new return policy is awful!(no returns if you don't have a receipt! That is worse than Target!) However, you can't find more baby stuff under one roof anywhere else. I find some of the stuff is priced up a little, but with all the coupons they offer, you do end up usually saving.

QuoteI find BRU is a good place to register because of their generous return policy. However, if you are regestering there, try to do it during the day or on a weekenight, it gets crazy. I do find I have a hard time finding people to help me.

In the 3 years that I have had kids, I have had to come back for very specific things (no other stores in my area carried them) and each time I would swear that I wouldn't come back again. My most recent purchase was a carseat and I didn't think the staff was well-informed regarding carseat safety at all. They kept trying to talk me into purchasing a booster seat for my three year old, when I was looking for a carseat that would keep him harnessed as long as possible. The only pro regarding this store is that they do seem to have a generous return policy regarding registry items & didn't give me a hard time about that at all.
