 We had a great experience registering at Babies R Us. Lots of different brands, models, etc to choose from.

While I love to go to BRU (I just get sucked in), our furniture buying experience was unique, and the store handled it well. I purchased a set that was recalled after we picked a piece of our set up, I got a call that it was recalled. I had to return the dresser that we had picked up and get a credit and start from scratch. We found a new set, and BRU still honored the coupons we used on our previous purchase and when the set came in and it had a "ding" on it, they gave us a credit for a small portion of the purchase. All in all, through all the hassle, we are still happy with our set, and I still keep going back for more stuff that I don't really need ;)

I liked registering at BRU because everything was in one spot! Also, the customer service at this particular store is wonderful - they were nice without being pushy and always held things for me when I called to inquire about things I wanted.

Nice store to find everything in one place, but overpriced. Hate new return policy, but I guess it's the same as every other retailer. I liked it when they were more liberal. They did take back old Avent bottles and exchanged them for new BPA free bottles. Very nice! Although the new bottles were almost twice as expensive as the old ones, so I only got half of what I returned.
