 I love Baby R Us. I have never had a bad experience there. They have great clothes for great prices. They are extremely healpful and knowledgable about products. They have everything needed under one roof and that always helps when you have kids in tow. I like that they have expectant mom parking. EVERYONE SHOULD! Nothing but good things to say about Baby R US

Unfortunately, my registry is here and so I have a lot of experience here. Overall, the product selection is great but the customer service is awful (no communication),unknowlegable staff about baby items(mostly teenagers work there)it takes forever to received a shipped item (waited 3 months for a stroller) and items are overpriced.

Babies r'Us has items more expensive than Target, Walmart, Baby Depot, etc. however they do have a larger selection. This is where I bought the car seat, diaper pail, bathtub, stroller, boppie, bottles, breastpump, play yard BUT I bought all of them with the coupons that they send in the mail. If you use these coupons items end up being cheaper than at Walmart, Target, Baby Depot. I wish prices were lower, I probably won't stop shopping there.. again, due to their larger selection (but only if I have a coupon!)

Great selection of everything you need for baby. Not the cheapest place to buy somethings but very convenient since it's all in one store.
