Since my 16 month old was born Connie has been such a help to me. I had a horrible time trying to learn to breastfeed and my milk took almost a week to come in. I was in the hospital in post partum when it finally did and connie had a hospital grade pump available right away. I called her SO many times with questions and she spent time answering all of them and helping me.

I work full time and so I rely heavily on my pump and need it to be in working order! My Medela PIS pump broke during Christmas break and I contacted Connie on New Year's Eve about getting replacement parts. I was thinking I would have to wait for them to be ordered or wait a few days to pick them up. That was not the case! After sending an e-mail through her website, I quickly got a phone call back and I was able to pick up my tubing that day! She is super friendly, her prices are great (less than other places I checked out), and the customer service is outstanding! I would definitely go back to her again!

I have purchased several Medela replacement parts from Connie. She is very nice and was willing to answer any questions I had. I will continue to go to her when I need new parts or have questions.

Connie was my doula during my labor and was invaluable to me. She is such a kind and supportive woman who helped me through painful periods. She was great to service as support to my husband and me.
I will definitely be using her for my next labor/delivery, too.
