QuoteI went to Atma for prenatal yoga and enjoyed meeting other big mammas and stretching a bit. But I was hoping for more of a workout and found that it was really more of a spiritual kind of place (stare at the candle, etc.) Not necessarily a bad thing.

QuotePrenatal Yoga was the best thing I ever did. I had backpain and aching feet and Yoga helped me. Also relaxation and natural helps for heartburn were very important for me. Thanks.

QuoteThis was a great place to meet new moms and bring baby with you, but as for true working out and trying to get back in shape after baby, a little too easy. Didn't get much out of it physically.
