I recently took my son here for a first time appointment. We arrived there on time and the place was quiet with just a few employees working at their stations. After 10 minutes waiting I reminded the cashier that we were waiting and she said she would go get the stylist. She returned saying she would be right out. Another 10 minutes pass and I tell the cashier that we are still waiting. She goes back into the break room and after another 5 minutes the sylist arrives.
She calls my son over and asks me what I would like. When I told her I would like a blade one she told me that she would not do that under any cirumstance. I was shocked. She told me that she would not give a 4 year old a military haircut and told me to go elsewhere if that was what I wanted!
Having already waited this long and desperate to have my son's hair cut I stayed and let her cut it the way she wanted.
It was not until I left the store with a very medicore haircut that I realised how ridiculous the whole situation was. I should have walked out the minute she refused to cut my son's hair as I requested. Needless to say I will never set foot in this place again.

They have a TV above every station- keeps those heads looking straight ahead. For little ones, they even have a car they can sit in.

Fun place to get kids haircuts. They have a littel car for small children to sit in. Each station has a tv with either a nintendo game or cartoons. The store has mini golf and foosball to play while you are waiting. Very sports oriented.
