they offer one free class in the beginning for new moms to try out. very nice exercise, all mom should join.

THis was an amazing program and i reccomend it to everyone. The pregnant body feels so good when it is magically suspended in the water of the pool. Andrea is an adorable, energetic, compassionate teacher and coach.

They have after hours classes, you get the first lesson for free AND the classes are small.
